Big Apple Highlights Student Tour
3 Days/2 Nights
Day 1 - Mid-day arrival to New York City. Meet your escort/guide and motorcoach for a tour of Upper Manhattan including Central Park and Harlem. Stops will be made at the Museum of the City of New York, Cathedral of St. John the Divine and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts complex. After hotel check-in, enjoy dinner in Greenwich Village followed by a visit to the The Top of the Rock, the observation deck at Rockefeller Center. (D)
Day 2 - Breakfast en-route to Battery Park for your visit to Ellis Island and/or the Statue of Liberty (Liberty Island is open for visitors, however the Statue is not.) Cash allowance for lunch at South Street Seaport followed by a tour of the Financial District including the former sight of the World Trade Center Complex. Spend some time in Lower Manhattan's Ethnic Neighborhoods to include Greenwich Village, SoHo, Chinatown and Little Italy. This evening, enjoy a pre-theatre dinner and Broadway show. (B,L,D)
Day 3 - Sightseeing today includes two scheduled appointments; the United Nations and a backstage tour of Radio City Music Hall or NBC Studio Tour. In addition, you will visit Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Plan for a late-afternoon departure following lunch at your own expense. (B)

Day 1 - Arrive New York City mid-day and meet your escort/guide and motorcoach. This afternoon, your introduction to New York City will begin with a city driving tour and a visit to the Museum of the City of New York. After checking in to your hotel, enjoy a casual dinner followed by a visit to Times Square and a view from the observation deck of the Empire State Building. (D)
Day 2 - Today, tour Lower Manhattan beginning with the Statue of Liberty and/or Ellis Island. There will be time for lunch at your own expense at South Street Seaport. In the afternoon, visit New York's Financial District including the former sight of the World Trade Center Complex. This evening, we will explore the ethnic neighborhoods of New York starting in Greenwich Village where there will be time for dinner at your own expense. Then, it's on to SoHo, Chinatown and Little Italy.
Day 3 - Begin your day with a tour of the United Nations followed by a tour of Midtown Manhattan including Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue and St. Patrick's Cathedral. There will be free time for lunch at your own expense followed by shopping or a chance to visit that attraction or museum you have always wanted to see but never had the time. Rejoin the group for an afternoon tour of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. This evening, enjoy a pre-theatre dinner followed by a Broadway show. (D)
Day 4 -
After check-out, we will schedule a backstage tour of the Radio City Music Hall or Carnegie Hall. Lunch at your own expense at the Metropolitan Museum of Art will be followed by a swing around Upper Manhattan including Central Park, Harlem and a stop at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Schedule a late-afternoon departure.
